From “Chiron: Rainbow Bridge Between the Inner & Outer Planets” by Barbara Hand Clow.
My thoughts on her planetary placements in correlation and combination to the chakras.
I see that Neptune surrounds the cranium as an aura of Piscean energy… walking the path between this realm and the next, which every human seems to do whether they know it or not. It’s interesting to me that Uranus is found in the weaving nadis between each chakra, this being representative of the [GOD GENIUS] which flows through our veins. This is the nature of our mystical ways. We find the ability to transcend all reality no matter where we are or who we are or what physical things we possess or not. What we have within us is the intuitive knowledge to connect to the hidden occultic pathways embedded deep within each psyche that enters this solar system. Neptune is the sole assisting cytoplasm which is conducive to all Chiron and Uranus functionality.
Pluto - Root Chakra: Makes sense for the physical cessation qualities of Pluto and the evolutional control the coiled kundalini represents. We have these physical bodies which must be tempered and experienced, but we also must die and be reborn for we have not yet mastered death— which those how follow the hidden mysteries know of this significance of this ancient art. With kundalini, Pluto governs this serpent for not everyone can withstand the pain of the knowledge of death mastery. Tp achieve enlightenment towards Uranus, The Crown, this plutonian serpent must graduate each chakra level to fully be able to understand this enlightenment and the true purpose of our physical existence. The serpent has true power, and all humans inherently feel it coiled at the base of their existence, which is why materialism (which The Root Chakra governs) can be so indulging, hedonistic, sinful, and tempting when in imbalance.
Mars - Navel Chakra: Messenger of motivation, action, the proactive force, the guardian of sexuality, the prowess of creative energy to work and begin and do…. we will go out into this world, make our mark, prove ourselves to others, and at times do this irrationally and aggressively. We love deep and despise hard, often forgetting that every action and word we speak has an emotion attached to it. This is an easily damaged chakra, for as we go out into the world, we become jaded and exhausted, and too are our feelings. We have convictions and we hold onto them, and it’s often hard to let go of negative emotions which don’t serve us because we have so much zeal and pride inspiring us to get up each morning and do what we do.
Moon - Solar Plexus: This is a very interesting energy for me, because of the fire association for the solar plexus. The Moon is water, which is the element of The Navel Chakra. When meditating on this association, perhaps the moon which casts the light of the sun illuminates into the self where we store our confidence and radiate our light from the understanding of our darker nature— for it is through this dark self understanding that we obtain stillness for the beast within and the wisdom needed to radiate the message of joy, positivity, self-empowerment, and positive ego. The more we get to know ourselves, the more intuition we have, and we are able to lead by our gut feelings, effectively increasing positive self-image and self-esteem.
* Not sure where the author is going with the two chest chakras *
Venus - Heart Chakra: A cliché association, it seems easy to use Venus to represent the heart chakra, but I can see how The Sun would represent the Heart chakra, as the heart deals more with balance and duality/trinity than anything— bringing together the sun and moon chakras, uniting the polar selves, the masculine and feminine into one.. and because of this union, we find appreciation -> joy -> love. Venus as the planet of love makes sense to associate with The Heart Chakra, but perhaps only a fraction of it. Venus and The Heart Chakra are in harmony, which is her best association. When we have a healthy heart, the entire body works, the emotions are tranquil, and we just seem to have that extra oomph in our stride each morning we wake up. Everything works, we have healthy relationships with all around, our romance is nontoxic, and reciprocity seems to fill our lives with generosity.
The Sun + Jupiter - Heart Chakra region: The Sun with Jupiter appears with The Hypothalamus or perhaps the primary Heart center in this graphic. Jupiter’s expansiveness applies in conjunction of The Sun’s universality to represent the micro and macro cosmos combined, this pervading ubiquitous connection to the divine reality and physical universe. What we put out, it is a representation of who we are, what we stand for, what knowledge we possess, and how we get by in life. Our Heart is our creed, our lifeblood, our way, and what our intuitive mind is set to. Jupiter begs to have no limits, no bounds, and to love as deeply, feel as profoundly, and be as limitless as the expanding universe. Jupiter over The Heart is abundance in all the qualities expressed, but also, Jupiter deals in expanding what is already present— thus why hatred can seem just as formidable as love.
Saturn + Mercury - Throat Chakra: There is a natural barrier which we put up to protect ourselves. We don’t speak and we conceal our truths, never sharing our emotions or what is connected inside. Saturn governs self-control, resilience, pause, and consistent structure. We adhere to rules and regulations and with Mercury, we even have our own codes which allow us to move in and out of society and reality effectively. As we age, we break free of Saturn for we draw nearer to his return, thus Mercury is allowed to evolve in each new age, thus our mentalities and how we communicate. I can see how Saturn belongs in the Throat Chakra, for if it weren’t there, we may not have values to hold onto at the end of the day, or even advancements to make and improve upon in our mentalities.
Chiron - Third Eye Chakra: This makes much sense, considering there is so much healing to be done in the third eye from all lives past, present, and future, as well as all dimensions— and that because we perceive, we dissect reality and categorize it, especially into duality bins such as GOOD and BAD humanly and NEGATIVE and POSITIVE spiritually. We heal the self and others with our visions. We are gifted and spiritual because of this center. This chakra with Chiron signifies the ability to heal the self of all our deepest wounds, that a health third eye is a healthy whole self which we love and adore and gain power from, but a neglected, clogged, forgotten third eye is one where we hate ourselves, disrespect others, and feel alienated from our soul.
Uranus - Crown Chakra: I find that this is understandable, as Uranus is the creative genius resting over all of this solar system and humanity. The Crown is our center for higher truth, knowledge, and understanding— these things transcend humanity and like the unconventional Aquarius ruled also by Saturn, we are meant to go outside of the box and break or bend the rules. We decide. With Uranus in The Crown Chakra, we will never be told how to live or what to do for long, no matter how structured an organization is— things which are old and tired are meant to be eliminated and or recycled or upcycled. The supreme existence above and below wants us to be steadfast to what we know, accept reality as it seeks to assist in earth living, but also find higher truth for ourselves through our imagination.
