An oil to rub on your third eye every night before you go to bed for increased dreams, recall, and vividity. The oil can also be used for many other purposes such as increasing psychic-intuitive abilities and connection to the spirit realm and astral realm. It is also a great oil to rub on the third eye just before meditation or an astral journey.

Requirements

• Essential oil glass roll-on bottle,
• Coconut oil & Grapeseed oil,
• Essential Oils: Cedarwood, lemongrass, orange, lemon, lavender.
• Crystals: Opal, fluorite, amethyst, clear quartz
• Herbs: Mugwort bits

Mix 1 part coconut oil to 10 parts grapeseed in the bottle; The idea is to have 90% grapeseed oil. This functions as a carrier oil and both are great for feminine and psychic power. Add in crystal beads at the bottom, add in 1-3 drops each of all oils, and top it off with a big piece of mugwort stem or leaf.

Shake well, allow to charge on an altar, agate disk, or any other method of charging and cleansing. Enjoy!

We must compassionately remember that arrogant people don’t know they are arrogant. Spiritual ego is a horrible oxymoron, it is birthed from dominant third eye people— for example, Most indigo people have a dominant third eye (think of color), this creates spiritual arrogance, for their perception of reality is truest among all. Third Eye must always be receptive, our perspective must remain open. Arrogant people stagnate, for no new learning comes in, they have convinced themselves there is nothing more to learn— this is the opposite of wisdom.

We must all remember that true wise people admit that they know nothing at all. I’m not saying this for myself simply because I want to be wise (cheating), but I honestly know that I know nothing at all. My entire world as I view it and know it is but a singular reality— mine actually. The entire way I view, think, and perceive the world from my angle is my own isolated singular reality that no one knows about. I don’t exist to Joe Shmoe from New York, and they don’t exist to me… until I meet them, they don’t exist. Their singular reality is a lie, made up nonexistent. But arrogance must be combatted, for in Wisdom, there is so much to know. Always.

Every single person has their own unique singular reality. In this new age, we must all share and come together for wisdom learning. Until I meet you—- none of you people exist. Even If you’re reading these words, you don’t exist, your whole life is a lie, your parents are made up, everything. You are nothing, you remain nothing. I won’t know that you have existed this entire time until I meet you, until I find out that you read these words. When I meet you, that was when our singular realities clashed.

This is how everything is possible beyond our perspective (our own singular reality), yet impossible in our own singular reality (this is where ‘think outside of the box’ comes in). Shift your perspective and you create the unthinkable.

Everybody’s singular reality is their own parallel dimension if you will. Your reality beats and coexists with mine regardless if I know of you. Think of this like a sphere filled with opaque bubbles, each bubble containing an object. Consider that a bubble on the bottom of the sphere and a bubble at the top of the sphere are completely far apart, and there is some open room in the sphere. Consider also that this sphere rotates and moves in whichever direction due to an outside force. Eventually, these bubbles might be next to each other, and when they are, they might touch and finally be aware of each other. Maybe Bubble A is rough on the outside and has a distinct smell and Bubble B is soft and has no smell. Inside Bubble A is a green ring and inside Bubble B is a diamond. If for whatever reason the bubbles became translucent during that touch, each bubble would then be aware of what each other contained.

This metaphor applies to us people and our own singular realities. We exist not until upon meeting, and only then, should the third eye be receptive enough, wise, devoid of arrogance, it will be able to see into the singular reality of that person, and learn of their entire fabricated reality. This is the essence of thinking outside of the box. Because we are all connected by some underlying force, every single reality, mine and yours, exists at the same time in the supra-matrix, even if I haven’t met you and you don’t exist in my singular reality, simply because we both exist at the same time, yet don’t. This basis is also how the mind (arrogance) controls everything that we believe by perception. When we conquer the mind and become perceptive, third eye takes over and sees and knows all, rather the intellectual mind picking and choosing what’s important from the bigger picture. Wisdom is receptiveness, openness, oneness, and more.

Reality actually does not exist and it truly is all one big illusion. We are pure consciousness, for what we are, merely plugged into the physical reality matrix. The floor so firm that our very seat is planted upon, we don’t slip through it, the cells in our body don’t fall apart, the atoms of the cells also don’t simply float away in all directions. Yet, when we come out of the matrix of this reality, we are just consciousness having a dream if you will. This physical reality experiment happens to be how we change, alter, shift, and transform consciousness. This is the medium we use.

It can be hypothesized that upon ascension, we have mastered this physical reality experiment, or Third Dimension, and we will begin our beingness in 4D. Until this time comes, we cannot comprehend or conceive 4D existence/nonexistence, but we can have an idea of it simply because we unplug from the matrix of this reality each time we dream and we astral travel, we venture into the 4D, we become consciousness as through our experiences.

This also in my opinion is the basis of parallel dimensions. And yet even if you don’t believe a single thing that I’m saying, it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t exist in your singular reality, because it exists in mine, therefore it has its own dimension of consciousness. So technically, Harry Potter is a real parallel dimension that can be traveled to in Astral. (lol)

The Manifestation Circle

This circle is a powerful 3D-4D technology and should be handled with care. You should never walk into it with any negative emotions, only with love and positive feelings. It should be set up in a well-lit room, or especially a sunny room if possible. There are many stones present which should ground any sensitivity and negative thoughts which might mistakenly manifest into the universe. Chinese Fluorite, for example, is used here to prevent these whiplashes or negative consequences that may arise in your manifestation work. The circle is used much like how The Secret has taught about how manifestation and positive outlook can transform the world around you and you can obtain all of your wildest goals and dreams.

It’s very important to know what each stone is used for, how it will aid you, and how the technology works. The circle is built by arranging twelve double terminated crystals, six of clear quartz and six of the highly old, and wise Tibetan quartz, these beauties are used to guide your inner, higher self as well as guide your mind when it feels at a loss of knowledge or understanding. Between these crystals, we have all of the necessary power stones, which possess their very own uses and properties that will contribute to your circle and benefit your manifestations.

Uses within the circle, not specifically their essential properties:

Bloodstone- Circulates energy within the body and moves it to where it needs to be. Maintains the flow of energy from earth to cosmos, opens doors within the mind, helps to forge a path to the divine.

Amethyst- Peace of mind, calms the emotions and helps you to connect into your third eye and your psychism, blocks out the emotions and feelings of day to day life that might deter or disrupt your workings. Stone of humility.

Green Aventurine- Increases your luck and fortune, this is the stone that will aid you in preventing all odds from disrupting your manifestations.

Tiger’s Eye- The eye which sees within, it is a mirror which guides you to see the innate most desires that lie within, your dreams, and goals. The stone helps you to see and visualize what it is you are working on manifesting, which is the solely significant in the entire working. Your manifestations are a tribute to how well you visualize them.

Chinese Fluorite- Prevents the many multi-faceted energies in this universe from corrupting your workings and turning them into a highly negative manifestation. It protects the energy along the entire journey from Universe back to you. With this stone, it prevents whiplash or negative drawbacks.

Rose Quartz- Connects you to infinite love, which will aid you in giving life to the technology before you. Keeps you focused and your mind’s eye on the prize. It stabilizes your heart so that it can focus on how important these manifestations are to your happiness. This is the stone of compassion of the divine unto you, shows the universe just how happy you know you deserve to be.

Hematite- The rock of the crystals, no pun intended, it sucks in all of the negativity around and within you that might try to deter you. It takes in any stress that might be exerted on the stones, and it’s literally your savior, protector, and guardian. If you falter, or waver in your workings, think on negative thoughts, hematite will be right there to take that in for the time being and prevent these thoughts from corrupting your manifestation into something ugly. Hematite will also ground and stabilize the other stones, if the quartz hasn’t already done that.

Aquamarine- Lady of the sea at your service! This stone will reduce any wavering thoughts that might bring off-topic memories or feelings from coming out and clouding your work. It strives to keep a solid bond between your conscious mind and your psychism and third eye.

Citrine- The happy, sun stone, it clears out thoughts of previous negativity or self-doubt and fills you with the strength, courage, and genuine happiness of the sun and the world around. It fills you with passion, life, and love. It is specially used for casting out and preventing self-doubt from dirtying your workings.

Lepidolite- A mineral filled with lithium and mica, it is used to relieve the stress of energy buildup that might harm you or make your working seem too intense to continue on. It soothes the mind and casts out any worries of day to day life. This is the stone that will ensure your goal in the circle is achieved.

Lapis Lazuli- An old stone, to be treated with respect and care, it is blue and has specks of gold colors in it. It is wise, and very experienced. This is one of the important ones, as this is the symbol of the throat chakra, associated with making your goals come to life with the power of your voice. This stone is the stone of your true expression and creates a megaphone for you to yell into the heavens all of your goals and dreams which you want to own and see into fruition.

Fluorite Octahedron- Looking like two pyramids glued together, this is an important part of your crystal arsenal. It opens up that third eye when it’s being stubborn and focuses that energy through its bottom point and out its top point. This is the stone that will shape your package and send it right off to the universe, it ensures your working is exactly as you visualized and felt. And even better, it protects you by placing a barrier around you that blocks out any other psychic manipulations.

Tibetan Quartz- Your most sacred crystal and aid in all of your working. They are very old, very wise, and filled with light and ancient knowledge just waiting to be shared with you. They come from the Himalayas and are gathered by hand and backpack very carefully. These crystals teach us about the underpinnings of our entire framework of self, body, mind, and cosmos. They have much to give and much to know about you. The crystals will teach you, guide you, and bring you to the truth of who you are, what you truly want and desire, and what you know at best you need. You will gain your epiphanies and visions from these ones, and they will ensure that you know what you’re doing, and if you do not, they will guide you. Perhaps you shouldn’t be working today, they might say, and instead, they might take you on a journey and show you things you had to know before you could do the workings you wanted. Their energy is very old, and as so, they transcend all humanity and political and geographical and cultural standings. They are truly wise and objective. They are very pure, and always stay pure. These, in the circle, will be your surprises and enlightening revelations.

Make note of the thirteenth double terminated crystal which is held in the hand when working your manifestations. I know that double terminated crystals are quite uncommon and can be rather expensive. You don’t need as many as I have used, but if you’re working within the realm of sacred geometry, then the numbers are highly important. Also remember that you cannot operate this circle unless you are first of love and of acceptance of even your darkest being. This technology cannot aid you in wrongdoing or negative craft.

How the circle works

Make sure to clear the energy out in the space you are about to form the circle, using a broomstick, strong incense in the room, tossing salt, calling on deities, simply using the power of the voice to will the space to be cleared, etc. It can be done at night or day, but allow the crystals in the circle to be charged by sun light after you can cleansed them for use, by smudging, cold water running over them, sea salt and water, burying them in earth for a week, placing them in a sandalwood/sage/frankincense herb sachet, using a wand to take it energy and put back into earth, or using your plain own powerful hands.

Place down the double terminated crystals, making sure to alternate between the Tibetan and the clear quartz. This ensures your double hexagram geometry. Then place the power stones down in their respective places. Honestly, they can be placed wherever you’d like between the double terms, but make sure it feels right for you. The orientation I have set up is how I feel and what works for me.

You step in and hold the thirteenth double terminated crystal in your hand(s), and you’ll then get to work. You can sit or stand, but maybe a little meditation is in order before you begin. Maybe you’d like to think of what you want to send out, and remember, the technology is only activated when you are ready, so don’t think things will go crazy just by thinking. Remember your power stones, keep their properties and uses all in mind. Amethyst to keep your mood stable, Chinese fluorite to prevent energy from getting out of control, Hematite to suck in any negativity and watch your back.. etc.

The circle functions much like a high way turn pike. The double terminated crystals act as two-way regulators of energy and vibration. When you manifest, energy comes into the circle, through the bottom point of the double term in your hand along with your manifestations, straight to the universe, and eventually back into you through the top, through the bottom, and back into the circle, and then out of the circle, so it can go off into the world around you. Now, the universe will figure out what to do with your manifestations, you just be positive and make sure your manifestations are pure and very real to you.

One thing you could do is to change the way the technology works for you. For example, let energy in, through the bottom point in your hand, then through the top, and you can sever the connection there. You can wait a period of time, maybe a week or two, come back, and finish the circle by letting the energy back in through the top and then out of the circle. Doing this would be done by someone who possibly felt that they had a lot of spiritual working to do and they wanted the universe to take some time to sift through it all. This can also create peace of mind so you can also contemplate your life, think on past, and feel happy in your workings.

In conclusion:

The circle can be used by anyone, of any age, of any caliber, of any expertise. The stone are in place to ensure that even the most energy-sensitive and even the most negative person, can’t do any harm, but only good. This can be a fun thing or even a highly serious and esoteric thing. Let you and the ones around you decide.

The materials can be very hard to come by depending on where you are at on the globe, so feel free to alter or change the technology, but only if you know exactly what you’re doing. Technology should be built and assembled by those who understand a lot about it, so do take care of what you have in front of you. It has taken millions of years for this technology to be available to us. These crystals are powerful, very old, wise, and useful. Although it can be fun, it is also not a toy.

It probably has many other uses, and to be honest, when I set up this circle, I sat down, meditated, and got out of it to get my journal and I began writing, and only then after a few pages, I understood what I wanted to do with it.

Happy manifesting and may 2012 be a year of change, true vision, learning to be in the spectrum of love, soul transformation, and overcoming obsolete fears, pain, degradation, bondage, and true abomination. Astral Travel Tips

I read your post about your self-analysis of your chakra/astral problems. I’ll start off with the basics: You need a purpose, not just any, but a good one. Astral travel is dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing for the sole fact that your consciousness, your etheric body, is independent of your physical body. There are many dark forces out there that would love to bring the ruin of souls to you and prevent you from returning to your body (coma) or cause you death and/or severe illness. You must always know how to protect yourself, know that you are protected, and that you have protection from beings, spirit guides, deceased loved ones, angels, and/or but not limited to, aliens.

Astral travel is not easy specifically for its own good. The Astral realm is the realm coexisting equally with the Physical and Spiritual, as I have understood it. That being stated, more recently has the Astral Realm been seen as the Fourth Dimension, one where imagination, thought-consciousness can manifest and materialize into the lower Third Dimension. That means if you think it, it will materialize before you. If astral travel were easy, it could be manipulated and abused in menacing ways— oh wait, hasn’t it already been used for greed, control, and world power? This is why secrecy schools have kept secret over the thousands of years. Anyone who has seen The Mummy understands the point of the magi.

While astral travel can be spiritual, transforming, and even fun to experience the inner nature of cosmos, you, and has the ability to change your life forever, it is a powerful tool and it should always be chosen as a last option. For instance, rather astral projecting to manifest the event of the perfect job landing at your doorsteps, couldn’t you go out and apply to jobs first, and then try your astral projection after to enhance or boost your ability to get one? So when you’re going to decide to travel in the astral realm, specify your purpose, is it really necessary, can you accomplish it any other way, do you know what you’re doing, do you know where you need to go, do you know what to do? These are preparations you must go through.

Now about chakras, it’s very important for them to be balanced, but really what does all that mean? Balance your chakras and quiet the mind in meditation? I found that to be the embodiment of balance— you must simply be yourself. The harmony of chakras depends widely on awareness, but it also separates ino divided amounts to perform tasks in the real world, much like scales balancing weight. You are throat dominant right now, you’ve said. This can be good for a test or a speech, but does this mean that you are in disharmony? Not at all. To have a balanced chakra system means to simply be aware of what dominates and what submits in quantity. Keeping track is the balance, so you can intuitively and actively shift dominance when need be. For example, when you are writing a blog, you are being very throat dominant, I am right now. Perhaps you ignore the heart chakra when you are stressing about anger, but the root chakra is very active, isn’t it? You’re getting it out with the help of your throat chakra. When one chakra is larger than the others, it will simply be offsetted by another chakra. Typically, no one chakra operates solely on its own, and every chakra operates to some degree. Yes, there are extreme cases where chakras are damaged and closed, and it is very common.

But by simply being aware of your chakras, you will learn how to balance them in time by being only your natural, true, honest, genuine self. There is nothing wrong with temporary dominance of chakras, they benefit you for the tasks they are required for, but this does not mean you live in disharmony. In nature, we find powerful storms and natural disasters which purge and cleanse, they are chaotic in comparison to the peacefulness of a normal day. Nature will balance itself out no matter its actions, and as you are a part of nature also, you too will do this, buti n your own way. It requires enlightenment to learn this language, but it is within us all. We need only concentrate and focus our mind to the receiving of the language.

As you attempt to astral travel, know exactly your purpose, have a clear mind, a clear conscience, be of love and light, remember your ethics, absolve and dissolve the world around you, and just will yourself. Willing yourself to be or to do isn’t thought-based, it is intent-consciousness-based.

Here are some tips to remember when astral traveling:

• Clear your mind by unwinding from stress in the normal way you would, do breathing exercises to relax the heart, lower your state of consciousness to be still.
• Engage in systematic relaxation as through guided meditation or hypnotism.
• Light some soothing incense to calm down and light candles,
• Play music to liven the mood or sanctify it,
• Recite affirmations and get into ritual mindset, for astral travel is ritualistic in that it requires concentration, methods, practice, and application of techniques and discipline.
• Smudge yourself, your aura, and your space with sage, cedar, juniper, frankincense, and/or lavender,
• You may cast a circle around you for protection, hold crystals, carry objects with you, or ask deities or beings to assist and protect you. Imagine being surrounded by a radiance of white light.
• Your astral travel success depends largely on your self-esteem, your belief of it, your confidence, your at-one-ment with consciousness, and your ability to accept. Your mind controls every single aspect of what you perceive. The reason meditation must quiet the mind and dissolve into silence is so that you can receive true objective enlightenment without a subjective mind picking what it wants you to see, and you must be prepared to face the truth. If you cannot during or after meditation and astral travel, you stagnate and miss out on beneficial transformation.
• On that note, know yourself very well. Trough trial and error you will learn, but it’s also important to know your limitations, your strengths, and your weaknesses. On a foundation, you can choose to build on top of it or destroy it to build anew, or just leave for new beginnings. You have the power, always. Enlightenment is literally being aware of who you are, it’s not just some divine, unable-to-grasp skill gifted only to yogi masters who have worked for 60 long years. That time is consequential, but the wisdom found therein is not limited to time/age, but to experience. It is hoped that with how wisdom goes, the older ones have spent their time progressing, rather dillydallying around or stagnating.
• Repeat, reread, reuse. Read material like this again from time to time. See how your perspective has changed, if it has changed, if it will not change. Repeat practices or astral intentions that you have done. Don’t be afraid to recycle the same materials into new methods for self-learning and expansion. You will always gain a new perspective on anything you’ve seen before. A new emotion or feeling or thought will evoke naturally. When a new movie comes out, you watch it once, and if you go back, you see tons of things you missed, and if you go back for more consecutive visits, you’ll really start to understand just exactly the full spectrum of what the movie was meaning to portray. Again, it goes back to your mind and how it picks and chooses for you. It is a lot of work, this path of enlightenment (awareness), but you will get better with time, don’t worry.
• By the above note, it is crucial to record your experiences, your thoughts, your emotions, and your intentions in a journal or blog whenever you travel. There are so many learning opportunities embedded within what you think, feel, write, and say. The same goes with a regular journal and a dream journal. I delight in reading old journals from 2006 and I learn something new about myself each time I look back on it.
• Dreaming and Astral Travel are one in the same. It is so important to have dream recall skills, because dreaming is astral travel while asleep, and meditation is like astral travel when awake. An unexamined dream is like an unopened letter.
• Meditation is a conscious portal to astral travel. To learn meditation is to learn astral travel.
• Grounding does not have to be tried, it can be done simply by sitting on the floor, laying on your back, and just recalling all your problems. Allow the recall for each stress be forgotten and absorbed by the earth.
• Astral travel can be done anywhere, at any time, in any place. Too often do people get tripped up in what is and isn’t astral travel. Where we are all unique beings, so are our methods.
• Discipline is crucial in all things. If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again. No esteemed novel or piece of literature is composed cover to cover without being a rough draft. With patience and diligence, you win the word count. Then, you reread each chapter and edit accordingly to further progress its finalized publication. Patience is a virtue, and so is Diligence.
• Take a chakra evaluation test or write out on a list how you broke the tenets of each chakra. In learning your faults, you automatically correct them.
• When traveling, leaving your body is difficult, yet simple once you get the hang of it. Traveling is literally as simple as willing yourself to do it, and seeing through your mind’s eye. If you’ve ever read a book and could visually imagine everything, that’s what astral travel is like.
• A lot of the difficulty in people is because they try to work around a concept of an opening or a door. This is difficult to imagine. Astral travel is not like walking through some door or portal and you’re suddenly there. People will exhaust all of their mental energy on try to figure out how to get there, and then they give up and call it a failure, and never return out of self-disappointment. To get there is to be there, it’s that simple, but how does one simply be there? A good way to get to the realm of the astral is to literally command yourself to be there, You Are Already There, and your destination is all around you.
• The Astral Realm is pure consciousness, it is exactly how you see it in your own way. Healing can be performed, dreaming can be performed, altered states of consciousness, magic, enlightenment… whatever is your desire, intentions, or destination, it will be performed.
• While in astral body, you are 100% you, but in energy form, in a way. You have no limitations in this form. The only limitation is your belief of it; back to the mind’s subjectivity.
• A comprehension of the Fourth Dimension will largely aid you in your travels, and as will sacred geometry. It is all linked, and makes up who you are as a multi-dimensional being.
• Ask and you shall receive, persist and you shall conceive. You’ll get it, you’ll figure it out. Try your best, commit to learning through trial and error, and by god, ask for help when you need it! “Ask and you are a fool for five minutes, never ask and you are a fool forever.” Some refuse to ask out of fear of embarrassment. Try your best, eventually you’ll get it, but your experience is not downgraded in comparison to another because you asked for help and you couldn’t do it all on your own. That’s what help is there for, do you think those people who do get it got there all on their own, no, they asked for help also. You’re still a very special being no matter who helped you because of the sole fact that you were able to get there to begin with, don’t sit in the throne of the ego. Allow assistance to come through from Cosmos, deities, guides, and friends. One day, you will be asked for help and be delighted to share your tokens.
• Above all, there is no wrong or right way to astral travel. Many people see gray versions of themselves and they see the silver cord. This can happen, and you can astral project into the physical plane, not just the astral plane.
• This is the realm of infinite and nothingness. It is both small and yet both wide. Know your boundaries, know your purpose, it will keep you safe, sane, and productive.
• You can actually go on voyages or trips to cosmic places, astral places, and attempt to communicate with the dead or other realms/beings. 
• If you are in trouble or wish to return, it is typically as simple as willing yourself to be back in the physical plane. Open your eyes, stand up tall, shake your feet, jump, and drink water. Remind yourself you are a physical being, feel the earth, feel the third dimensional world..
